Being guided by Item 19 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About state registration and the state register of legal entities" of December 17, 2013 No. 848-IVQD in connection with the introduction of the specified Law in force, I decide:
1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
1.1. to prepare and provide to three-months time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the offers connected with reduction of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic and acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About state registration and the state register of legal entities";
1.2. in three-months time, having provided reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with the specified Law to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.3. control reduction of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies in compliance with the specified Law and in five-months time to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on their execution;
1.4. resolve other issues following from the specified Law.
