Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 27, 2004 No. 79-FZ "About the public civil service of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 31, Art. 3215; 2016, No. 1, Art. 38) following changes:

1) in Article 45:

a) state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. Civil servants for whom unrationed office day is established are granted annual additional paid leave for unrationed office day according to article 46 of this Federal Law.";

b) recognize part 5 invalid;

2) in Article 46:

a) state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. The civil servant is granted annual main paid leave lasting 30 calendar days.";

b) recognize part 4 invalid;

c) state part 5 in the following edition:

"5. The civil servant is granted annual additional paid leave for long service by duration:

1) in case of years of service of civil service from 1 year to 5 years - 1 calendar day;

2) in case of years of service of civil service from 5 to 10 years - 5 calendar days;

3) in case of years of service of civil service from 10 to 15 years - 7 calendar days;

4) in case of years of service of civil service of 15 years and more - 10 calendar days.";

d) part 6 in paragraph one the second offer to exclude;

e) add with part 6.1 following of content:

"6.1. Civil servants for whom unrationed office day is established are granted annual additional paid leave for unrationed office day lasting three calendar days.".
