About modification and amendments in the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543-XIII of February 25, 1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543-XIII of February 25, 1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 44-46, 318), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Part (articles 4 after the words "can be registered" to add 4) with the words "the parking spaces in the building differentiated according to instructions for accomplishment of cadastral works".

"(4) Upon the demand of owners in the real estate register in the Section C the property right to the isolated rooms or parking spaces in the building differentiated according to instructions for accomplishment of cadastral works in addition to which the respective share in common property of condominium is specified is registered in accordance with general practice. Not registration of the objects of condominium which are in common property cannot serve as cause of failure in registration of the property right to the isolated rooms or parking spaces in the building.".
4. Part (Article 40-5 to add 9) with words ", and also concerning parking spaces in the building.".
