Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 21, 1997 No. 116-FZ "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 30, Art. 3588; 2009, No. 1, Art. 17; 2013, No. 9, Art. 874) following changes:

1) in appendix 1:

a) to state the paragraph of the twenty seventh in the following edition:

"Do not treat hazardous production facilities:";

b) add with paragraphs of the following content:

"objects of electric grid economy;

the networks of gas distribution and network of gas consumption working under pressure of natural gas or the liquefied hydrocarbon gas to megapascal 0,005 inclusive.";

2) in appendix 2:

a) add Item 1 with the offer of the following content: "Classes of danger of the hazardous production facilities specified in Items 2, 3 and 4 presents of appendix are established according to the criteria specified in Items 2, 3 and 4 presents of appendix.";

b) in the subitem 2 of item 4 of the word of "1 this Item which is not specified in the subitem" shall be replaced with words "intended for transportation of natural gas under pressure over megapascal 0,005 to megapascal 1,2 inclusive or the liquefied hydrocarbon gas under pressure over megapascal 0,005 to megapascal 1,6 inclusive";

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2016.
