1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for appointment of the administrator by state body on cases on bankruptcy" of August 22, 2002 No. 584 the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on procedure for appointment of the administrator state body on cases on the bankruptcy approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 2 of the word "according to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 26, 2004 No. 383 " about the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on management of state-owned property " which functions are assigned to Management for bankruptcy under the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on management of state-owned property (further in the text Management)" shall be replaced with words "(further in the text state body)";
- in all text the word "Management" in different cases shall be replaced with words "state body" in the corresponding cases;
- add Item 3 with the offer of the following content:
"At the same time the state body shall inform creditors on bankruptcy.";
- in item 4 of the word "no later than the next day" to exclude;
- in the paragraph the second Item 9 of the word "without delay" and "first" to exclude;
