Article 1. Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bank secrecy" of October 7, 1996, ZR-80, after words "credit institutions" to add with the words "the credit bureaus established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia " about the address of credit information and activities of credit bureaus "".
Article 2. From part 3 of article 7 of the Law to withdraw the words "corresponding to Article 14 of this Law".
Article 3. Add the Law with Article 13.2 of the following content:
"Article 13.2. Provision of bank secrecy to credit bureau
1. Provision by banks and credit institutions of the data which are bank secrecy to credit bureau is not considered publication of bank secrecy.".
Article 4. This law becomes effective in six months from the date of official publication.
