Article 1. The law of the Republic of Armenia "About bank secrecy" of October 7, 1996 to add with ZR-80 with Article 11.1 of the following content:
"Article 11.1. Provision of the data which are bank secrecy, to the conciliator of financial system
The bank, according to this Law, provides the information which is bank secrecy, also to the conciliator of financial system if the last investigates requirement imposed against this bank.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in six months from the date of official publication.
