About entering of amendment and change into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bank secrecy"

Article 1. In article 13.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bank secrecy" of October 7, 1996, ZR-80:
1) the words "Legalization of Income Gained in the Criminal Way" shall be replaced with words "Money laundering";
To add 2) with new parts of the following content:
"If, in analysis result the Central bank of information established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing" clear that the case or attempt of money laundering or financing of terrorism took place, the Central bank represents the notification to directly relevant organ performing criminal prosecution. In addition to the notification or based on the request received from criminal prosecution authority, by the Central bank also the information containing bank secrecy can be provided.
According to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing", the data containing bank secrecy can be provided by the Central bank to foreign bodies of financial investigation.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the sixtieth day following its publication.
