About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bank secrecy"

Article 1. "About bank secrecy" (ZR-80, of October 7, 1996) to add article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the new paragraph of the following content:
"This Law extends to the banks which are in process of liquidation if other does not follow from the features of liquidation provided by the law.".
Article 2. To add part one of article 6 of the Law with words ", except as specified, determined by article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity"".
Article 3. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2006.
