"If, in analysis result the Central bank of information established by the law of the Republic of Armenia "About fight against legalization of income gained in the criminal way, and terrorism financing" clear that the case or attempt of legalization of income gained in the illegal way or terrorism financings took place, the Central bank represents the notification to directly relevant organ performing criminal prosecution.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following its publication.
