"About bank secrecy" to state the text of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:
"The bank, according to this Law, provides about the clients the information which is bank secrecy, to tax authorities of the Republic of Armenia only based on the judgment made according to the procedure, provided Civil procedural or Criminal procedure by codes of the Republic of Armenia, and also based on the resolution which took legal effect or the court verdict about distribution of collection on the bank account of his client".
