1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2011 No. 1103 "About approval of Rules of acquisition of rights by the state of the rights to property according to the gift agreement" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 55, the Art. 784) the following change:
in Rules of acquisition of rights by the state of the rights to property according to the gift agreement approved by the specified resolution:
the second Item 15 to state part in the following edition:
"Transfer of the specified money which is non-tax receipts in the budget is made by the owner in the relevant budget on the corresponding codes of the Single budget classification approved by the central authorized body on budgetary planning within twenty calendar days after decision making, stipulated in Item 7 these rules. Money transfer according to the gift agreement containing the promise of the owner is non-paid to transfer the rights to property to state-owned property in the future, is performed in time, established by the gift agreement.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
