According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", to the Law of Ukraine of December 28, 2014 No. 77-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine on reforming of obligatory national social insurance and legalization of the salary fund", to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I order:
1. Bring in Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 17, 2013 No. 730/5 "About approval of forms of statements and notifications, provision (transfer) of which is established by the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 24, 2013 for No. 671/23203 (with changes), the following changes:
in subitem 1.13 of the word "Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine";
exclude subitem 1.15.
With respect thereto subitems 1.16 - 1.23 to consider respectively subitems 1.15 - 1.22.
