1. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine:
1) of April 17, 2013 No. 730/5 "About approval of forms of statements and notifications, provision (transfer) of which is established by the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 24, 2013 on No. 671/23203 (with changes);
2) of July 25, 2014 No. 1218/5 "About pilot projects in the field of state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 29, 2014 for No. 875/25652 (with changes);
3) of September 23, 2014 No. 1570/5 "About measures for realization of pilot project in the field of state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances in the cities of Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv and Kiev", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 23, 2014 for No. 1148/25925;
4) of July 1, 2015 No. 1098/5 "About approval of forms and contents of messages on entering of notifications into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs who are subject to promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 1, 2015 on No. 768/27213.
