Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the organization of insurance in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 12, the Art. 505) the following change:
in Item 6 of Article 9-2 of the word "authorized state body in the field of regulation and supervision of insurance activity" shall be replaced with words "the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
