Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 9, 2012 No. 1280 "About approval of Rules of forming and use of regional stabilization funds of food products, recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on entering of amendment into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 26, 2009 No. 220 "About approval of Rules of budget implementation and its cash servicing" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 74, the Art. 1075) the following changes and amendment:
