About modification of the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 52, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in banking system stability of Ukraine and protection of interests of creditors and investors the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 12, 2015 No. 315 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 3 of the Section I the word "immunities" shall be replaced with words "immunities, and subjects of managing, the owner of essential participation in which it is";

2) in the Section II:

in Item 3 of Chapter 1:

" (to the 10th after the accounting period)" to exclude words;

shall be replaced with words the words "in form, certain" "in form and in the terms determined";

in Chapter 2:

in the first offer of Item 2 of the word "the authorized person of National Bank (further-the authorized person)" shall be replaced with words "The commission on questions of determination of the faces tied with bank and check of transactions of banks with such persons (further - the Commission)";

in Item 5 of the word of "authorized person" to replace with the word of "Commission".

2. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.
