"3) the published scientific articles: 1 (one) in the international reviewed scientific magazine having nonzero impakt-factor in JCR (Journal Citation Report) or nonzero index of quoting in SJR (Scimago Journal Rank) indexed in information bases at the time of the publication in the respective area of science and also 3 (three) Articles in the scientific publications included in the list of the scientific publications recommended for the publication of the main results of scientific activities (for the last five years).";
