Article 1. "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia" of May 17, 2000 ZR-60 (further - the Law) to declare the paragraph of the eighth part 3 of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia invalid.
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 2 of the Law after the words "Ministry of Town Planning of the Republic of Armenia" with words "-Public service of safety of foodstuff of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. Add the law with Article 2.1 of the following content:
"Article 2.1. System of the amounts based on risks and planning of checks
1. System of the amounts based on risks is the complex of the actions performed for the purpose of planning of the checks performing check by bodies.
The risk is probability of damnification of life, to health of the person, the environment, valuable interests of the state, legal entities and physical persons, saving of natural and energy reserves, considering severity of this harm.
Performing check by means of system of the checks based on risks tselenapravlyat checks on spheres and objects of control which are the most risk.
2. For the purpose of planning of checks:
