Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli. 1. To exclude from part 4 of Article 74 of the word "their authenticity is not confuted and", the word is "drawn up" shall be be replaced with words legalized or apostilled".
2. To add part 1 of Article 215 with the paragraph the sixth the following content:
"-about forced hospitalization of person, TB patient, and purpose of obligatory inspection for the purpose of detection of tuberculosis in specialized medical TB facilities;"
3. To add part 1 of Article 267 with the paragraph the ninth the following, contents:
"-about forced hospitalization of person, TB patient, and purpose of obligatory inspection for the purpose of detection of tuberculosis in specialized medical TB facilities;".
4. Add with Chapter 35 (1) the following content:
"Chapter 35 (1). Forced hospitalization of person in specialized medical TB facilities, purpose of obligatory inspection for the purpose of detection of tuberculosis and its treatment
