Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 1993 "About the child's rights" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2000 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamasts_ of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1993, No. 33, Art. 430; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 103, 2/215; 2008, No. 170, 2/1462; No. 277, 2/1547; 2012, No. 62, 2/1928; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.12. 2013, 2/2082) following changes and amendments:
1. In part two of Article 9 of the word "to alcoholic drinks, consumption of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs, the toxic or other stupefying substances, coercions to occupation prostitution, begging, gamblings or to making of the actions connected with production" shall be replaced with words "to the use of alcoholic, low alcohol beverages, beer, consumption of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs, the toxic or other stupefying substances, tobacco products, coercions to occupation prostitution, begging, vagrancy, to participation in gamblings, making of the actions connected with production, distribution pornographic".
2. To add article 11 part one after the word "information" with the words "according to this Law and other legal acts of the Republic of Belarus".
3. State Article 22 in the following edition:
