Determine that from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" about features of use of separate public funds for the territories of Donetsk region" the Law of Ukraine "On implementation of public procurements" does not extend to local public administrations, local government bodies and military civil authorities of Donetsk region".
