About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About societies of water users and associations of societies of water users"

The paragraph two articles 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About societies of water users and associations of societies of water users" (on June 4, 2002, to state ZR-374) in the following edition:

"The meeting from among members of Society for a period of three years elects administrative board at least from 5 members. The number of members of administrative board and procedure for their election are established by the charter of Society. The members having debt to Society and also heads of the municipalities receiving irrigational water from Society cannot be elected in structure of administrative board.".
