- in the name and in the name of appendix 2 of the specified resolution of the word "which block of shares completely" and in Item 3 of the specified resolution of the word "shares of which completely" shall be replaced with words also in figure "more than 50 percent of shares of which";
- in item 4 of the word "which block of shares belongs completely" shall be replaced with words and in figure "more than 50 percent of shares of which belong";
- to add the first and second paragraphs of Item 1 after words of "net profit" with words ", determined according to tax accounting,";
- add with Item 3 following of content:
"3. The central public authorities and local executive bodies of the government with participation in general meetings of shareholders of joint-stock companies in which authorized capital the share of the state constitutes more than 50 percent make the offer on determination of the size of share dividends in the amount of 10 percent from the net profit of data of joint-stock companies in the income of the government budget estimated according to tax accounting and vote for adoption of this offer";
- in Items 5 and 6 figure and the word "100 percent" shall be replaced with words also in figure "more than 50 percent";
