Item 92 of Methodical instructions on procedure for preparation, yuridiko-technical registration and conducting legal examination of drafts of the regulatory legal acts introduced by bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on the places in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 9, 2012 No. 83-mkh (рег. No. 2352 of April 9, 2012) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, No. 15, Art. 173), to state in the following edition:
"92. The projects affecting labor rights of citizens are approved with the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Federation Council of labor unions of Uzbekistan".
2. Make state registration of this order and to Management of state registration of departmental regulatory legal acts (B. Boliyev) to enter the corresponding record in the State register of departmental regulatory legal acts.
3. To management of systematization of the legislation and legal information (D. Ibragimov) to provide publication of this departmental regulatory legal act in "Ўзбекистон to Respublikasi онун t¸plama uzhzhatlar" - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
