According to the solution of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia (the minutes of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia of November 26, 2014 No. 35) to bring in the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of September 4, 2013 No. 3054-U "About procedure for creation by credit institutions of annual accounting (financial) accounts", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 1, 2013 No. 30303 ("the Bulletin of the Bank of Russia" of November 13, 2013 No. 61), the following changes.
1.1. To add paragraph two of subitem 1.5.3 of Item 1.5 after words of "capital adequacy" with the words "for covering of risks".
1.2. To state subitem 2.1.8 of Item 2.1 in the following edition:
"2.1.8. Ensuring issue to clients - to the credit institutions, legal entities which are not credit institutions (further - legal entities), and to physical persons (if it is provided by terms of the contract of the bank account (contribution), the credit agreement) statements as of January 1 of new year from bank accounts, accounts on deposits (deposits), accounts on accounting of loan debt (including delayed) and percent (including delayed), the accounts on providing accounting (if it is provided by terms of the contract) opened both in rubles, and in foreign currencies.
Ensuring receipt of confirmations of remaining balance on the specified customer accounts - legal entities till January 31 of new year in case of obtaining from them written objections on committed transactions and remaining balance of means on accounts (except for accounts on accounting of loan debt, accounts on providing accounting on which the requirement about receipt of confirmation of remaining balance is fulfilled if it is provided by conditions of the relevant agreement).
