About approval of Changes in the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency
According to Articles 7, of 40, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 56 Laws of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 16, 2006 No. 320, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 6, 2006 at No. 1035/12909 (with changes) which are applied.
2. Item 2 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 16, 2006 No. 320 "About approval of the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 6, 2006 at No. 1035/12909 (with changes) to exclude.
With respect thereto Items 3 - 6 to consider respectively Items 2 - 5.
3. To department of payment systems (Lapko N. G.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine, the Public treasurer service of Ukraine, Fund of guaranteeing household deposits for use in work.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
