Article 1. In article 55 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity" of June 30, 1996, ZR-68:
The title after the word "financial" to add 1) with the words "and other".
To add 2) with part 5 of the following content:
"5. Banks constitute the published financial statements and represent according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About financial accounting.".
Article 2. To recognize article 56 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
