About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity" (of June 30, 1996, ZR-68), the words "and credit institutions" shall be replaced with words ", credit institutions and the insurance companies".
Article 2. To add part 1 of Article 34 with the Item "p" of the following content:
"o) realize insurance certificates and (or) agreements, in the procedure established by the law to perform functions of insurance agent".
Article 3. In the fourth paragraph of part 6 of article 36 of the Law of the word "and credit institutions" shall be replaced with words ", credit institutions and the insurance companies".
Article 4. In the Item "in" and regarding the 2nd article 72 of the Law of the word "and credit institutions" shall be replaced with words parts 1 ", credit institutions and the insurance companies".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective in four months after official publication.
