About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation performed in the field of entrepreneurships and protection of interests of entrepreneurs"

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation performed in the field of entrepreneurships and protection of interests of entrepreneurs" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 8, Article 890) to make the following changes:
1. Add with Article 13.4 of the following content:
"13.4. Inspection bodies shall provide to relevant organ of the executive authority information on the check registered in unified information system performed in the field of entrepreneurships and not carried out for any reason, with indication of these reasons, within five working days from the date provided for conducting check.".
2. Add Article 20.7 with the third offer of the following content:
"If checking observes the obligations established by Articles 20. 1, 20.5 and 20.9 these Laws, also do not interfere with the rights of the entrepreneur provided by Articles 20. 2, 20.11 and 20.12 these Laws, the entrepreneur in verification process shall not interfere with survey of places (objects) provided by the first offer of article 20.7 of this Law.".
3. In Article 34.1 after the word "administrative" to add with words "(in higher state body or relevant organ of the executive authority)".
4. Add with Article 34.5 of the following content:
