About entering of amendments into the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 2 of article 3 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further - the Code) with item 4 of the following content:

"4) against other administrative authority – in the case provided by Chapter 29.2 of this Code".

Article 2. To add Section 5 of the Code with Chapter 29.2 of the following content:

"Chapter 29.2. Production on cases on personal data protection

"Article 216.5. Cases on personal data protection

1. To administrative court the following cases on personal data protection are jurisdictional:

1) cases on contest of action or failure to act or legitimacy of the decision of authorized body on personal data protection;

2) the case on contest of action or failure to act or legitimacy of the administrative determination processing personal data or exercising supervision of processing of personal data.

2. Rules of the claim for contest or about coercion either about making of the action or about recognition provided by this code extend to part of 1 this Article".

Article 3. This law becomes effective since July 1, 2015.
