1. State Article 4 in the following edition:
"Article 4. Procedure for enforcement of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of customs affairs
Regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of customs affairs become effective according to the procedure, provided by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts".
2. State Article 148 in the following edition:
"Article 148. Procedure for cancellation, response and suspension of action of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs clearance
The procedure for cancellation, response and suspension of action of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs clearance is determined by authorized body concerning customs affairs.".
3. State Article 360 in the following edition:
"Article 360. Reserve method of determination of customs value
1. If customs value of goods cannot be determined according to Articles 355-359 of this Code, customs value of the estimated (imported) goods is determined based on the data which are available on customs area of the Republic of Tajikistan by use of the methods and methods corresponding to the principles and provisions of this Code.
