Article 1. In the paragraph the second article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About taxes" of April 14, 1997, ZR-107:
1) the offer first after the word of "licensing" to add with the words "or notifications", after the words "activities without license" - the words "or without notification", and after the word "returns" - the words "or the activities which are subject to the notification";
2) the offer second after the words "or permissions" to add with the words "or notifications", after the words "licensing" - the words "or acquisitions of right to be engaged in the activities which are subject to the notification".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
