Article 1. Article 28.2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About taxes" of April 14, 1997 to state ZR-107, in the following edition:
"Article 28.2. In cases of realization the unmarked, subject to stipulated by the legislation marking of the Republic of Armenia, and also marked illegally by the acquired brands and (or) control signs (marking labels), and the goods included in the list established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia during illegal activities, the stipulated in Article 26 these Laws, these goods are liable to destruction (to their conclusion from the address in this trade dress) from tax authorities, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since March 1, 2011.
