Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of reduction of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of "The general provision of the national natural and biospheric parks of the Azerbaijan Republic" and "The general provision of national parks of the Azerbaijan Republic" of July 4, 2001 No. 531 in compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About especially protected natural territories and objects" of March 6, 2015 No. 1224-IVQD, I decide:
In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of "The general provision of the national natural and biospheric parks of the Azerbaijan Republic" and "The general provision of national parks of the Azerbaijan Republic" of July 4, 2001 No. 531 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 7, Article 468; 2008, No. 6, Article 500; 2014, No. 12, Article 1556) to make the following changes:
1. in the "General provision of the national natural and biospheric parks of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by this Decree in Item 4.1.6 of the word "fishing" shall be replaced with words "fishing and other water bioresources".
2. in the "General provision of national parks of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by this Decree in Item 4.2 of the word "fishing" shall be replaced with words "fishing and other water bioresources".
