Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About protection of the domestic market" (further – the Law) to remove ZR-175 of April 18, 2001 from the concept "tariff quota"", or the quantity (amount) of the goods imported to the Republic of Armenia for the purpose of providing similar conditions of managing within which import of goods can be performed if the importer paid payment for permission of import of this goods quantity established by the law.".
Article 2. To remove the offer from part 3 of Article 17 "In the case provided by this Law within quota with permission to import the document certifying payment of the payment for the tariff quota provided by this Law is considered.".
Article 3. To recognize article 17.1 of the Law invalid.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
