Part 5 to state 1) in the following edition:
"5. Unscheduled inspections are carried out in coordination with bodies of prosecutor's office according to the procedure, No. 294-FZ established by the Federal Law of December 26, 2008 "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs when implementing the state control (supervision) and municipal control". The term of conducting unscheduled exit inspection cannot exceed five working days. The specified provisions are not applied when carrying out unscheduled inspections within federal state control of ensuring protection of the state secret.";
To exclude 2) in part 6 of the word "also notify the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation about the revealed violations in time which is not exceeding fifteen working days from the date of identification of violations, in writing".
