1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 2014 No. 144 "About approval of Rules of the organization of exchange transactions with cash foreign currency in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9801, published on November 12, 2014 in information system of law of Ad_let of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - information system of law of Ad_let)) the following changes and amendment:

in Rules of the organization of the exchange transactions with cash foreign currency in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 36 in the following edition:

"36. In exchange point the following documents are without fail stored:

1) the copy of the order of the head of the legal entity having the right to the organization of exchange transactions with cash foreign currency (its branch) about acceptance and (or) appointment of the corresponding person to the cashier's position;

2) the copy of the document testimonial of passing by the cashier of exchange point of special preparation on work with cash foreign currency, or the copy of the document confirming work experience of the cashier of exchange point with cash foreign currency at least 6 (six) months;

3) copy of the identity document of the cashier of exchange point;

4) for authorized organizations - the document with specimen signatures of the head and the other persons having the right to the edition of orders about establishment of buying rates, sale and cross-rates with impress of a seal (in case of its availability);

5) copy of registration card of cash register;

6) the copy of rules of internal control of the legal entity having the right to the organization of the exchange transactions with cash foreign currency developed and accepted according to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2009 "About counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing" with mark about acquaintance of the cashier of exchange point with this document;

7) for authorized organizations - the copy of the agreement (contracts) with authorized bank specified (specified) in Item 43-1 Rules.";

add with Item 43-1 of the following content:

"43-1. Replenishment of cash desk of exchange point of authorized organization cash national and (or) foreign currency is performed due to transactions with physical persons and based on the contract with authorized bank.";

state Item 53 in the following edition:

"53. On exchange transactions on the amount exceeding equivalent of one million tenges at the rate of carrying out exchange transaction in the magazine of registers are fixed:

surname, name, middle name (in the presence) client. At the same time specifying of initials of name and middle name is not allowed;

data of the document proving his identity (document type, document number by whom and when it is issued);

individual identification customer number (in the presence).

For the automated exchange point the amount of once performed exchange transaction shall not exceed equivalent of one million tenges at the rate of carrying out exchange transaction.";

state appendix 11 in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

state appendix 12 in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

state appendix 13 in edition according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

2. Suspend from the date of enforcement of this resolution action of part three of Item 40 of Rules of the organization of the exchange transactions with cash foreign currency in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 2014 No. 144 "About approval of Rules of the organization of exchange transactions with cash foreign currency in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9801) till December 31, 2016 (inclusive).

3. To authorized organizations within one month after day of the first official publication of this resolution to bring the activities into accord with requirements of the paragraph of the eleventh Item 1 of this resolution.

4. To department of paying balance, currency control and statistics (Buranbayeva A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) together with Legal support department (Sarsenov N. V.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
