About approval of Changes to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 22, 2012 No. 1077
According to the Law of Ukraine of October 10, 2013 "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning reducing number of documents for receipt of government assistance in case of the child's birth" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I order to No. 644-VII:
1. Approve Changes in the Order of registration of the residence and place of stay of physical persons in Ukraine and samples of documents necessary for this purpose approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 22, 2012 No. 1077, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 18, 2012 at No. 2109/22421, which are applied.
2. To management of interaction with the central executive bodies and bodies of the military of the Department of MIA of Ukraine (Markin E. V.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of October 10, 2013 No. 644-VII "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning reducing number of documents for receipt of government assistance in case of the child's birth", but not earlier than day of official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
