About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About investment funds"

Article 1. "About investment funds" of December 22, 2010 ZR-245-N (further - the Law) to add part 2 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 4.1 of the following content:
"4. 1) the request for registration of trade name of fund (in case of corporate fund), the requirements represented to which, the list of the documents submitted with it, and also the relations connected with consideration of the request and registration of trade name and its changes are regulated by the procedure jointly established by the Central bank and authorized body of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 54 of the Law with Item 4.1 of the following content:
"4. 1) the request of the managing director (except for the foreign managing director – the branch created in the territory of the Republic of Armenia) on registration of trade name, the requirements represented to which, the list of the documents submitted with it, and also the relations connected with consideration of the request and registration of trade name and its changes are regulated by the procedure jointly established by the Central bank and authorized body of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective three months later from the date of official publication.
