The paragraph of the sixth of Item 38 of procedure for development and implementation of federal target programs and interstate target programs in which implementation the Russian Federation, No. 594 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 26, 1995 "About implementation of the Federal Law "About Deliveries of Products for Federal State Needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 28, of Art. 2669 participates; 2004, No. 52, Art. 5506; 2009, No. 47, of the Art. 5665) to add with the offer of the following content: "In case of early termination of implementation of the target program the state customer (the state customer coordinator) represents to the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the report on its realization in 2-month time from the date of early termination of implementation of the target program.".

In the Rules of forming and realization of federal targeted investment program approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 13, 2010 No. 716 "About approval of Rules of forming and realization of federal targeted investment program" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 38, Art. 4834; 2011, No. 40, Art. 5553; 2014, No. 3, Art. 285; 2015, No. 49, Art. 6974; No. 51, Art. 7355):
a) in the paragraph the second Item 13 of the word "provided by subitems "b" shall be replaced with words "provided by subitems "and (1)" and;
