About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public welfare payments"

Article 1. In the title of Chapter 6.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public welfare payments" of December 12, 2013, ZR-154-N, (further – the Law) to replace number "6.1" with number "5.1".
Article 2. In article 24 of the Law:
Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1. In case of the birth of the child the parent, the adoptive father or the guardian (further – the parent) the child (in connection with whose birth there was right of lump-sum allowance – further the newborn child) have the right to lump-sum allowance. The lump-sum allowance in case of the birth of the child is granted and paid if the parent and the newborn child are registered at the place of residence in the Republic of Armenia.";
2) the word of "applicant" of part 4 shall be replaced with words "parents of the newborn child";
The words "number of other minors and full age children of the applicant" of part 5 shall be replaced with words 3) to "other minors and full age children";
The words "the applicant addressed" of part 6 shall be replaced with words 4) "the statement was provided".
Article 3. In article 25 of the Law:
The words "the applicant represents to the territorial center" of part 1 shall be replaced with words 1) "are represented to the territorial center";
2) words of "the applicant, the applicant" of part 3 shall be replaced with words "parents of the newborn child";
Part 5 to state 3) in the following edition:
"5. The territorial center refuses purpose of benefit if the parent of the newborn child has no right to lump-sum allowance in case of the child's birth, or with the statement necessary documents (data) are not submitted.";
The words "from the applicant" of Part 6 shall be replaced with words 4) "from the receiver of benefit".
