About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public welfare payments"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public welfare payments" of December 12, 2013 to add ZR-154-N (further – the Law) with Item 6.1 of the following content:

"6. 1) benefit on motherhood;".

Article 2. "Actual" to exclude the word from part 1 of article 6 of the Law.

Article 3. In Item 15, Item 2 of part 1 of Article 17 and Item 1 of part 1 of article 23 of the Law the word "8" to replace 2 parts of 1 Article with the word "9".

Article 4. To add article 19 of the Law with part 5 of the following content:

"5. The emergency one-time aid on the birth of the child is paid within a month, the address following after month.".

Article 5. To add article 20 of the Law with part 5 of the following content:

"5. The emergency one-time aid in case of arrival of the child in the first class is paid within a month, the address following after month.".

Article 6. To add article 21 of the Law with part 5 of the following content:

"5. In case of the death of the family member the emergency one-time aid is paid within a month, the address following after month.".
