About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About civil defense"

Article 1. In article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About civil defense" of March 5, 2002, ZR-309, (further – the Law):

1) from part 3 to withdraw words" (the mayor of Yerevan)" and "(city of Yerevan)";

2) from part 4 to withdraw words of "(city of Yerevan)".

Article 2. From part 5 of article 21 of the Law to withdraw words of "(city of Yerevan)".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective next Monday after official publication of the decision on the choice of members of council of elders of Yerevan as a result of the first elections of the Council of Elders of Yerevan.
