About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state register of the population"

Article 1. Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state register of the population" of September 24, 2002 to add with ZR-419-N with new part of the following content:
"Person who obtained the citizenship of the Republic of Armenia which does not have the permanent residence in the Republic of Armenia and constantly or generally living in foreign state in case of documentation by the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Armenia in the state register of the population is registered to the address of the residence in foreign state".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
