Article 1. Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship" of December 5, 2000 to state to ZR-121 (further - the Law) in the following edition:

"Article 2. Subjects of MSP

1. In the Republic of Armenia subjects of MSP are classified:

1) midget – the commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs at whom the average number of workers constitutes up to 10 people and the profit got from last year's activities or book value of assets as of the end of previous year does not exceed 100 million dramas;

2) small – the commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs at whom the average number of workers constitutes up to 50 people and the profit got from last year's activities or book value of assets as of the end of previous year does not exceed 500 million dramas;

3) averages – the commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs at whom the average number of workers constitutes up to 250 people and the profit got from last year's activities or book value of assets as of the end of previous year do not exceed respectively 1500 million dramas and 1000 million dramas.

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 4 of the Law after the word "development" with the words "and approval".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
