About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine" about exception of candidates for People's Deputies of Ukraine of the electoral list of batch in the multimandatory district

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 10-11, of Art. 73; 2014, Art. No. 18-19, 696, No. 22, Art. 794) following changes:

1. Add Article 61 with part nine of the following content:

"9. In case of acceptance by batch of the decision provided by part three of article 105 of this Law concerning the candidate before decision making by Central Election Commission about recognition by his electee, the Central Election Commission makes the decision on exception of the candidate specified in the decision of the electoral list of batch".

2. Add Article 105 with part three of the following content:

"3. The batch which proposed the candidates included in its electoral list taken part in distribution of deputy mandates, can make the decision on exception of the candidate who following the results of election results according to part ten of article 98 of this Law is considered not chosen, from the electoral list after the election day before decision making by Central Election Commission about recognition by his electee at any time. Such decision is made according to the party charter congress (meeting, conference) of batch which can be held only after bringing of the oath by the deputies elected on the regular or early elections. The congress minutes abstract (meetings, conferences) batches signed by the chairman and the decision signed by the head and under seal batches not later than for the fifth day from the date of decision making are transferred to Central Election Commission. Based on these documents the Central Election Commission not later than for the fifth day from the date of their obtaining makes the decision on exception of the candidate specified in the decision of the electoral list of batch".
