About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About town planning"

Article 1. The Item of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 "About town planning", ZR-217 (further - the Law), after words of "administrative and territorial units" to add with words ", their groups or sites".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 10.1 of the Law:
The Item "g" after the words "town-planning program" to add 1) with words "(space planning)", and in the same Item to replace the word "supervision" with the word "monitoring";
To add 2) with the Item "about 1" of the following content:
"1) providing the requirements established by parts 7, 8 and 8.1 articles 14.3 of this Law systematize works on development of documents of space planning of microregional and local levels and after approval of these documents provide supervision of their implementation;";
The Item "e" after the words "cadastral generalization" to add 3) with the words "the state complex examination of project documents of the objects having the high and most advanced stage (category) of riskiness".
Article 3. To state part 2 of article 11 of the Law in the following edition:
"In the cases and procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, local government bodies accept the town-planning charter of community which, proceeding from local features, without contradicting the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, requirements of the master plan and zoning of the territories of community (settlement), is directed to preserving and enhancement of esthetic features of the town-planning circle in this community, by means of establishment of conditions and standards of architectural and landscape registration, and also placement or change of devices and other elements, materials of finishing, toning and outside lighting.".
