About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About town planning"

Article 4. The second article 11 of the Law to state part in the following edition:
"Local government bodies (except for district communities) can accept the town-planning charter of the settlement which, proceeding from local features, without contradicting the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, requirements of the master plan and zoning of the territories of community (settlement), establishes rules of land use and building in the town-planning purposes in this community.".
Article 5. Add the Law with Article 14.3 of the following content:
"Article 14.3. Regulation of town-planning activities and land use in administrative borders of community
In administrative borders of community town-planning activities are regulated by the master plan of the settlement (except for district communities) and projects of zoning.
