About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property" of April 14, 1999 ZR-295 (further - the Law):

1) to exclude words from part 1", and also the legal relationship connected with state registration of the right of pledge of personal estate, the lease right under the agreement of leasing";

To add 2) with parts 7 and 8 of the following content:

"7. The legal relationship connected with state registration of the right of pledge of personal estate, the lease right under the agreement of leasing are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About registration of the secure rights to personal estate".

8. The list of the personal estate which is subject to accounting, procedure for maintaining the inventory of personal estate, form of registers for the purpose of maintaining the inventory of personal estate and also the bodies performing accounting establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. To recognize Chapter 6 of the Law invalid.

Article 3. To recognize Items 7 and 13 of part 1 of article 73 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. To recognize part 8 of article 74 of the Law invalid.

Article 5. This Law becomes effective since October 1, 2015.
